Lounge

A spacious room with handmade velvet sofas.  Free Wi-Fi broadband internet access throughout the house.

Bar

Situated off the games room upstairs, with a bar fridge and a dishwasher.

Games Room

Situated upstairs, the games room provides extra space for families, with table football, a juke box and a pool table.

Kitchen

Well equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances; large American style fridge freezer, 90cm range cooker, 2 eyelevel ovens and 2 dishwashers.  

The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the outhouse upstairs.

Cinema Room

We converted the old beer cellar off the dining room into a cinema room. It has a 75" TV and a DVD player.

Breakfast Room

Adjacent to the kitchen, the breakfast room has a large centre island with bar stools, providing an extra area for people to sit and socialise. There is also a second american style fridge freezer.

The dining room has an extra large dining table seating up to 18.

Bedroom 2 - Kingsize with en-suite

A room with a kingsize bed and a luxury pocket sprung mattress with memory foam top layer. En-suite with a shower cubicle.

Bedroom 3 - Twin room with ensuite

Spacious twin room with large TV. En-suite with a shower cubicle. This room is on the top floor.

Bedroom 4 - Double room with en-suite

A lovely bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, on the top floor of the hous. Ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 5 - Double room with en-suite

A lovely bedroom with double bed with a luxury mattress and premium quality bedlinen, wardrobe and dressing table. En-suite with a shower cubicle. This room is on the top floor of the house.

Bedroom 6 - Twin/ super king room with en-suite

A very spacious bedroom with a superking size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. En-suite with a shower cubicle and a bath. This room is on the top floor of the house.

Bedroom 7 - Super king / Twin room with en-suite

This bedroom can be made up with twin beds or a super king bed.  Ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 8 - Kingsize room with en-suite

A lovely bedroom with a kingsize bed, wardrobe and a dressing table. En-suite with a shower cubicle.

Bedroom 9 - double room

A cosy double bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed.  There is a shower room adjacent to it.

Exterior

To the rear of the house there is a paved area with a pergola and seating for 18.  There is also a climbing frame.There is parking for 4 cars at the rear of the property.  To the right of the house there are another 4 parking spaces. There are playing fields just behind the property which lead to Haltwhistle Burn.
